About LDR Labs
LDR Labs is a small web agency. We build websites, online stores, SaaS applications, APIs and automation for small organisations.
Our approach is straightforward: a web project should serve your business. We leave out features that add no value, tools you cannot manage and costly dependencies you did not ask for.
In practice, we write the scope before starting. We keep things lightweight so your website is fast and affordable to host. You retain ownership of the code, hosting, domain name and accounts.
LDR Labs is an agency in the process of being established. We do not claim years of experience or a portfolio of references. Our commitments are visible in the quote, the working preview before launch and the accounts that stay in your name.
How a project works
Initial conversation
Describe your needs by form or email. We ask about your goal, existing content, constraints and timeline. This conversation is free, with no obligation.
Quote and written scope
You receive a document setting out deliverables, exclusions, timeline and price. Work begins only after you approve it in writing.
Design and development
We build your project and keep you updated at the frequency agreed in the quote. You can follow progress at a private test URL throughout development.
Acceptance and launch
We check mobile layouts, speed, accessibility, forms and links. You approve the working project at the test URL. We launch only after your approval.
Handover and support
We provide access credentials, documentation and a walkthrough of common tasks. The defect correction period starts at launch.
Our commitments
Timelines and communication
Your quote sets out the delivery date. If it changes, we explain why and give you a revised date. We agree on update frequency and response times before work begins.
Warranty
We fix defects within the delivered scope at no extra cost for 30 days with Essential Website or 60 days with Bespoke. New requirements are quoted separately.
Ownership
Once payment is complete, we hand over the code and access credentials, subject to third-party licences. You are free to choose another provider.
