Data and purposes

Your name, email, project type, optional budget and message are used to assess your enquiry and reply. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. The timestamp and acknowledgement of the privacy information serve as evidence of transparent processing. Providers may process your IP address and user agent for security and spam prevention on the basis of legitimate interests.

Required fields allow us to process your request. Please do not send sensitive data. No marketing, profiling or automated decision-making.

Recipients and transfers

LDR Labs receives your enquiries. Hosting is provided by sole trader Nicolas Frey. Cloudflare provides the proxy and CDN; Formspree processes the contact form.

Prospect data (contact form and emails) is retained for 3 years from collection or the last contact initiated by the prospect. The retention period for technical logs remains to be specified.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability of your data by contacting the controller above. You can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Cookies and trackers

This website uses no cookies, local storage, analytics tools or trackers. Opening a page loads no third-party resources. Formspree is contacted only when you choose to submit the form.
